Waters Edge Aquatic Design is an award-winning engineering and design firm founded in the year 2000 by engineers passionate about serving communities through water recreation. Today, co-founder and principal owner Jeff Bartley, P.E. leads a diverse team of engineers, designers, planners, and consultants. The team uniquely includes former city aquatic directors, lifeguards, and swim coaches.
