DELEGATE REFUND POLICY - All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made before 21 calendar days before the event are subject to a $75 processing fee. Cancellations made 7 to 20 calendar days before the event will only be accepted for documented medical emergencies and are subject to a $75 processing fee. Absolutely no refunds will be given if the request is made within 7 calendar days of an event. Substitutions are allowed with no additional fee. Please contact the MPRA office with any questions or to make changes to your registration.

BOOTH REFUND POLICY: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations postmarked on or before 1/14/25 are subject to a $75 fee. NO REFUNDS after 1/14/25.
