Delegate Registration

Exhibitor Registration (payment must be received with the form to reserve your space)

DELEGATE REFUND POLICY - All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made before 21 calendar days before the event are subject to a $75 processing fee. Cancellations made 7 to 20 calendar days before the event will only be accepted for documented medical emergencies and are subject to a $75 processing fee. Absolutely no refunds will be given if the request is made within 7 calendar days of an event. Substitutions are allowed with no additional fee. Please contact the MPRA office with any questions or to make changes to your registration.

BOOTH REFUND POLICY: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations postmarked on or before 1/14/25 are subject to a $75 fee. NO REFUNDS after 1/14/25. Delegate Member/Non-Member Early Bird Pricing:
Full Delegate Pass: $395 / $445
Education Only Pass: $275 / $325
Tuesday Pass: $130 / $180
Wed or Thurs Pass: $155 / $205
Retiree Pass: $150 / $205

Booth Member/Non-Member Early Bird Pricing:
Single Booth (8’x8’): $570.00 / $670.00
Double Booth (8’x16’): $1110.00 / $1310.00
Triple Booth (8’x24’): $1650.00 / $1950.00

Early registration discount applies through January 14, 2026. Rates will increase by $50 after the deadline. 

Registrations after January 30, 2026 will not have the option to attend meals and may not receive a delegate gift.
