Recreation Supervisor - Youth Programming/Camp

The City of Wentzville is seeking an energetic and experienced Recreation Supervisor - Youth Programming/Camp to lead dynamic preschool, day camp, and youth specialty programs within our growing Parks & Recreation Department.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee recreational classes, camps, and enrichment programs for all ages and abilities
• Design, plan, promote, and evaluate high-quality youth programming
• Develop schedules, set fees, and manage program budgets
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff
• Foster a positive team culture focused on safety, service, and performance excellence
• Monitor program success and continuously improve offerings based on community needs
• Assist with department-wide initiatives and special events as needed
