The Springfield-Greene County Parks Department is seeking a qualified and dynamic Superintendent of Park Operations to oversee the daily operations of our expansive park system. This includes management of parks, trails, recreation and sports facilities, and open green spaces. The Superintendent will ensure all areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained for the enjoyment of park visitors.

This role will also work closely with both internal teams and external partners to prepare park grounds and facilities for a variety of events, tournaments, and seasonal activities. A key responsibility includes overseeing ongoing maintenance operations and implementing a proactive, preventative maintenance strategy to ensure long-term sustainability of all facilities.
