Leadership gets a lot of attention in parks and recreation, but what about the people who make leadership possible? Join Jay Tryon, Tom Venniro, and Shane Mize of the RecLess Podcast for an open, moderated conversation about the value of followership and the role it plays in building strong teams and successful organizations. Through shared experiences, honest discussion, and practical insight, this session will explore what it means to be a good follower, how to support leaders while thinking independently, and when to step up, step back, or speak up.

Attendees will leave with a fresh perspective on how they can take ownership, contribute to their teams, and make a meaningful impact regardless of their title.
