Join us for a Southwest Region 3 Lunch & Learn at the beautiful Springfield Botanical Garden in Springfield, MO. The topic will be Urban Forestry and Native Landscaping, presented by Paul Armstrong, Maintenance Technician from the City of Springfield Parks Department. 

This presentation will cover the many benefits of utilizing native landscaping inside a city park. The topics presented will include attracting more pollinators and beneficial insects, habitat creation, wildflower landscaping with aesthetics in mind, maintenance savings, and erosion control and managing storm water run-off using native wildflowers.
