Discover how your parks and recreation agency can leverage professional sports partnerships, funding opportunities, and proven best practices to grow youth sports participation in your community.

RCX Sports serves as the official youth sports operator for the NFL, MLS, NBA, NHL, and MLB, helping local organizations bring professional league-backed youth sports programs to communities nationwide.

In this session, attendees will learn about the new NFL FLAG x NRPA partnership, available funding and resources from professional sports leagues and clubs, and why more than 25 Missouri parks have chosen NFL FLAG for their communities.

We'll also share practical strategies for building and sustaining successful youth sports leagues, including referee recruitment and retention, effective league marketing, and coach training and development.

Attendees will leave with actionable ideas, an understanding of available funding opportunities, and resources to help expand access to youth sports in their communities.
