The YMCA of Greater Kansas City is seeking a dedicated and experienced Aquatics Director to lead our aquatics programs at the North Kansas City YMCA located in North Kansas City, Missouri. This role is pivotal in promoting water safety, health, and community engagement through our diverse aquatic offerings. The Aquatics Director will oversee all aspects of the aquatics department at the North Kansas City YMCA, ensuring high standards of risk management, member satisfaction, and program quality. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience in management. Minimum of three years’ experience in aquatics or a related field. Preferred three years’ experience in Aquatics management Current Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and Emergency Oxygen certification from national organization. Red Cross preferred. Preferred Lifeguard Instructor certification from national organization.
