Marketing/Communications Supervisor

The Marketing & Communications Supervisor leads Community Ed’s marketing and communications strategy to increase program enrollment, support staffing needs, strengthen public awareness, and improve the customer experience. This position oversees the Community Ed brand, communications, digital presence, marketing efforts, and evaluation of results. The supervisor works closely with programming, operations, school district communications, and Community Ed leadership to ensure marketing efforts support department priorities and accurately communicate the value of Community Ed. The position also leads assigned staff, manages the marketing and communications budget, and serves as a member of the Community Ed Leadership Team and Management Team.
