Responsible for oversight of Elliott Student Union’s bowling facility and all ESU programs/events, to include fiscal and staffing management, plus food and beverage services (in conjunction with Sodexo), in order to facilitate the fulfillment of the ESU’s mission, vision and goals. The Union Bowling Center serves as a valued source of recreation for UCM students, faculty, staff and the community. This position is responsible for ensuring a quality customer-centric experience and enhancing department profitability.
